Jaideep Tandon is a director at Tandon Group, with over 20 years experience in the tech industry as an electrical engineer, entrepreneur and angel investor.
Tandon Group is a technology catalyst that has fostered multiple successful technology companies since 1975 and continues to provide resources to up-and-coming startups.
Jaideep is also founding CEO and a current board member of two Tandon Group companies: Infinx and Syrma Technology. His leadership at Infinx has been instrumental in expanding the company’s market position in advanced revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare providers and pharmacies.
Syrma Technology has simultaneously benefited from Jaideep’s leadership, growing into one of India’s premier providers of high-mix, flexible volume electronic manufacturing services (EMS). Syrma’s global customers include major OEM brands in the medical, telecom, networking & communications, power, industrial, automotive and computing industries. His accomplishments at Syrma are highlighted by world class custom design and production of components and products spanning printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), magnetics, and memory. Additionally, Syrma has brought to market innovative RFID asset tracking solutions deployed in various emerging markets around the world.
Previously, Jaideep served as the vice president of strategic accounts at Celetronix, where he guided the company beyond $40 million in annual sales, providing key hardware components to major computer makers, including Fortune 500 brands Apple and Dell. Jaideep’s success at Celetronix would facilitate its later acquisition by Jabil Circuit.
Jaideep is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), and serves on the board of Pratham Education Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving education among underserved children in India.
He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, later earning his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University
